Future Stars Sports is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all athletes, coaches, staff, and spectators. We strictly prohibit discrimination, harassment, or retaliation of any kind based on:

Our Commitment

Respectful Environment: We expect all members of our community to treat each other with dignity and respect at all times.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Verbal, physical, or online harassment will not be tolerated.
Reporting Process: Concerns or incidents can be reported to league leadership without fear of retaliation. All reports will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
By participating in Future Stars Sports programs, all players, coaches, volunteers, and spectators agree to uphold these principles and help create a positive experience for everyone.
Image release policy
In consideration of participation in the Future Stars Sports, the parent or guardian of this participant agrees that their likeness, or the likeness of their child/ward, may be photographed or videotaped and that such image may be published in an outlet used to promote or publicize the sports program or organization.
Liability release policy
I hereby release any officers, coaches, sponsors, or owners/lien holders of properties used by Future Stars Sports from all claims and causes of action of any kind, whatsoever which the undersigned has or might have, known or unknown, now existing or might arise in the future; directly or indirectly attributable to any injury or damage, that might result from my child's participation in basketball activities.
Whistleblower Policy
Future Stars Sports is committed to honesty, safety, and accountability. All members—coaches, players, parents, volunteers, and staff—are encouraged to report any suspected misconduct, including:
Fraud or financial misuse
Abuse, harassment, or unsafe behavior
Discrimination or retaliation
Violations of laws or organizational policies
How to Report: Concerns can be shared confidentially via email, phone, or in writing to the League Director or designated board member. Anonymous reports are accepted.
Protection: Anyone who makes a good-faith report is protected from retaliation. Retaliation itself is a serious violation and will result in disciplinary action.
All reports will be reviewed promptly, investigated as needed, and handled with confidentiality to the fullest extent possible.
